Robert Paterno

Hi everyone! I'm a native Texan, with my roots in both Houston and Galveston. I have a BS in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University @ Galveston (WHOOP!) and an MFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts.

Los Angeles has been my artistic and professional home since 2011. When not performing or working on set, I follow my other passion as a Teaching Artist with several organizations, including: The Unusual Suspects, The Geffen Playhouse, and Theatricum Botanicum. Providing safe spaces for students to create and share their voices is so important! I also manage to put my science degree to good use each summer, teaching an introductory forensic science course for the Johns Hopkins University Center For Talented Youth (CTY)!

I love making immersive theatre, attending as much theatre as I possibly can, comic books, and riding my bike around this awesome city!
